The technology stack,
plain and direct.

What AMIGO is, where it runs, what it depends on, and how it fits the systems you already have.

AMIGO is a Salesforce-native application, distributed through the AppExchange and installed directly into your Salesforce org — not a separate environment or hosted product.

That means it inherits your existing Salesforce identity, sharing rules, field-level security, audit logs, multi-org structure, and disaster recovery. There is no second database, no second login, no second IT-approval cycle.

  • Installs in roughly 30 minutes via AppExchange
  • Runs in the same org as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
  • Configurable using standard Salesforce admin tools

What it costs.
What's included. What's not.

Per-seat pricing, what tier suits which program, and how trial-to-production conversion works.

AMIGO is priced per named user, per month, billed annually. Three tiers based on role:

  • Contributor — team members executing tasks. From $35/user/month.
  • Manager — PMs, leads, owners with edit and approval rights. From $85/user/month.
  • Executive — sponsors, steering, portfolio-level visibility. From $145/user/month.

All 46 features are included in every tier — the tiers gate seats, not features. Salesforce platform licenses, if needed, are bundled at cost.

From sign-off to day-one productive.

How long it takes to get live, what we need from you, and how to migrate from an existing tool stack.

Day-one for a new program. Two to six weeks for an in-flight one.

If you're starting a program, the AMIGO Portfolio Intake wizard gets you to a baselined plan, business case, RAID and stakeholder register on day one of your trial — faster than spinning up the equivalent in Excel.

If you're moving an in-flight program in, baseline import (plan, RAID, financials, stakeholders) typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on the volume of legacy data and the complexity of integrations. Most of that is data hygiene, not platform setup.

Agile, Waterfall, hybrid —
and the AMIGA way.

How AMIGO accommodates the methodology you already use, and what the AMIGA framework adds that PRINCE2, PMBOK and SAFe don't.

All of them. AMIGO supports Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, hybrid Watergile, PRINCE2, PMBOK and SAFe out of the box — per workstream, not per program. You can run an Agile build workstream alongside a Waterfall regulatory workstream alongside a SAFe release train, all reporting to one portfolio view.

The platform doesn't impose a methodology; it enforces governance while letting each team pick the execution rhythm that suits the work.

What your InfoSec team
will want to know.

Where the data lives, how it's secured, how AI is used, and what compliance certifications come along for the ride.

Your data lives in your Salesforce org, in the region you selected when you provisioned that org — AMIGO does not maintain a separate datastore. Salesforce currently offers data residency in the US, EU (Germany, France), UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, India and the UAE.

The AI Messenger model runs in-region as well: prompts never cross the region boundary, and we use Salesforce's Einstein Trust Layer to enforce zero-retention against the underlying foundation model.

The 30-day trial,
how support works after.

How the free trial works, what happens at the end, and what SLAs you can expect once you're a paying customer.

Sign up with a work email and a single sentence about the program you want to try AMIGO on. You get a dedicated trial org, all 46 features unlocked, up to 25 named users, and a 60-minute onboarding session with an AMIGO Consulting Architect.

No credit card. No auto-conversion. No “demo mode”. The trial is on real platform — your data, your program, your stakeholders. At day 30, you either sign a contract, extend the trial (we'll often say yes), or your org enters read-only archive for 90 days before deletion.
